Our action today has been accomplished positively.
Mr Morvant has issued a municipal decree forbidding the continuation of
drilling, this has been faxed to the Sous Prefecture and Technosol ,(the
company doing the drilling)
We have therefore ceased to occupy the Mairie.
Tomorrow morning(18thNov) the Gendarmerie will return to accompany Mr
Morvant and a delegated person from the Sous Prefecture to examine
the drillings and decide on the validity of the Municipal decree.
Consequently, it would be very helpful if you could appear again in numbers
at the Maitrie in Plouray at 08h30 to put pressure to the steps he has taken
and to show solidarity ;also to programme otheractions that may be
necessary.
Mr Morvant has agreed to meeting us at 11h00 to report on progress.
