Comment dès lors peut-on en garantir la stabilité ?

Il n'est pas spécifié de matériau de construction : bâches ? béton ?

Leur profondeur n'est pas donnée,,,

Une preuve d'incohérence et de manque de sérieux de plus !

Reading the report by GED we can see that the water retention basins would be built on wetlands.

Therefore what is the guarantee of their stability?

No mention is made of the building material: plastic sheeting or concrete ?

Their depth is also unrevealed …

Yet another proof of the incoherence and the lack of serious information in the report !
