We're on the move again!

As you probably are aware, the municipal order passed by M. Morvant in November was overturned by the Tribunal Administratif in summary proceedings (we are still awaiting the decision on the merits).

Yesterday, M. Morvant issued a new order which was drawn up with the assistance of our counsel, against the drilling operations, on the basis that they are illegal.

Moreover, NPCB has received the assistance of Ar Gaouenn, another local environmental association, which is challenging in court the validity of the receipt issued to Technosol by the DRIRE.

So, that's a busy start to the new year!!
