Espèces protégées

Dans l'étude d'impact page 228, le tableau XCIII, intitulé "Synthèse des impacts principaux" qui rassemble tous les impacts qu'entrainerait le projet GDE sur la faune du site est éloquent:

" Dérangement, destruction d'habitats, d'alimentation ou de reproduction, destruction de nichées, dégradation et coupure de site de ponte, , destruction d'un corridor biologique, dégradation et coupure d'un site de chasse, risque d'écrasement, risque de piégeage dans les bassins, dégradation d'un site de repos, coupure d'une voie d'échanges entre deux populations, etc ...etc..."

En fait, c'est exactement tout ce qu'interdit l'article L.411.1 du Code de l'Environnement ! sont interdits:

"...la destruction, l'altération, la dégradation du lilieu particulier à ces espèces animales ou végétales protégées".

Alors, c'est interdit ou pas  ??

In the study of the impact on page 228, the graph XCIII entitled "Synthesis of the main impacts of the project" which regroups all the impacts caused by the GDE project on the fauna on the site is clear:

"Disturbance, destruction of the habitat, the food sources and the reproduction site, destruction of the nesting areas, deterioration and destruction of the nesting grounds, destruction of a biological corridor, destruction, degradation and separation of a hunting ground, risk of crushing, risk of trapping animals in the basins, degradation of a resting site, separation of two animal habitats, etc... etc..."

In fact this is exactly everything that the article L.411.1 from the Environment Code forbids:

"...the destruction, the alteration, the degradation of an environment specific to these faune and flora species protected" are forbidden.

So, is forbidden or not ??
